I recently had a memorable stay at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the value for money is exceptional - the prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. Secondly, the location, although up a steep hill, offers breathtaking views from the balcony. It was worth every step! Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the amazing shower was a godsend after a tiring 2-day trekking adventure. this hotel provides everything you need for a memorable stay, including a delicious breakfast with a view.

The location, although a bit off town, provides a quieter atmosphere and a stunning view from the rooms with balconies. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at a private room in Lustig. It was one of the best stays we've had in Vietnam. the cost was reasonable and the quality of the room was top-notch. the location was great, away from the busy town center. the amenities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful, speaking excellent English and even assisting with our Vietnamese. We highly recommend Lustig to fellow travelers in Sapa. it was a first-class experience. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 😊.

It was a quick walk to the town's attractions while providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room was spacious, modern, and immaculate, with comfortable beds and a first, rate bathroom. the staff were incredibly amiable and accommodating, making check, in and checkout a breeze. the healthy breakfast had a delightful array of options to satisfy everyone. They even provided guests with bicycles, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.

nonetheless, it was still functional most of the time.

The room was clean and spacious and had excellent hotel facilities, including air conditioning and balconies, which we liked. The breakfast was yummy and also provided at a good price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel was not right in the centre, but was on top of the hill, so it wasn't very remote to the centre or up to the hill. The location outside of the valley was peaceful and quiet, which we appreciated.

Nothing that we didn't like.

For a hostel that is a bit out of town centre, the location of this hotel is great. It's near the bus station and the center of Sapa, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the breakfast was really nice, one of the best I've had in Vietnam. The staff went above and beyond, even inviting me to join them for dessert and offering a free ride to the bus station.

All in all, everything was okay.

This hotel has a great location, away from the busy part of town but still close enough to experience all that Sa Pa has to offer. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with modern amenities and an amazing shower. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is tasty and made fresh to order, ensuring that guests won't go hungry before a day of trekking.

That the rooms could have been a bit more creative or special in their decor, but overall, everything was okay.

It was all superb.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One nice moment was when I had a small accident with a motorbike and the staff were really good too help me clean my wound. The breakfast was also delicious and the owner of the hostel spoke perfect English and provided great assistance with our travel plans. I would highly recommend this hostel for its modern amenities, cleanliness, and excellent service.

We spent Christmas at this accommodation and it was a great choice. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They offered us two complementary drinks upon arrival which was a lovely gesture. The location was also perfect - a short walk away from the town center but still quiet and peaceful. The best aspect was the cozy atmosphere of the common area, which had a fireplace and plenty of seating.

The noise from the street was a bit bothersome, especially during the night. , we didn't like that breakfast wasn't included in the price, and we found the laundry service to be a bit overpriced compared to other places we stayed during our trip.

This hotel had two great complementary features, which really made it feel like a good value. the location was perfect, really close to the main part of town and other key locations, and we also appreciated the pleasantly modern decor. the room was spacious and very cozy, especially with the soft bed linens.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. We found the walk back to the hotel to be very strenuous, as the uphill climb was steep and not well-suited to carrying luggage.
